Creamy Cheesy White Sauce Pasta

Creamy Cheesy White Sauce Pasta is very healthy. It contains vegetables and milk e.t.c which are good for health. Sometimes children do not eat vegetables unless they are mixed with some spicy mixture. So this recipe attracts them and they eat it happily. Creamy Cheesy White Sauce Pasta is considered a heavy food so people eat it in less proportion that helps them to maintain their health. It helps skinny people gain weight. But eating too much and every day can be dangerous. So eat this food in a week or two so that it does not destroy your health.

Creamy Cheesy White Sauce Pasta


Pasta                                      2 cups = 200 gram

Water                                    5-6 cups


Black pepper powder

Red chilli flakes                     ½ teaspoon (add according to your taste)

Some mixed spices


Butter                                  4 cups

Flour (Maida)                      4 cups

Olive Oil

Garlic                                  2 cloves

Onion                                  small size

Any vegetables (carrot, cabbage)

Cheese                               2-3 tablespoons


Take 5 to 6 cups of water and boil them. While boiling water, add ½ tablespoon of salt (add more or less according to your taste) and ½ teaspoon of oil in it. Mingle them. When water starts boiling, add 2 cups of pasta to it and stir them. Adding the salt in this stage is beneficial as it can unify all the mixture. Keep the flame medium. Do not add much oil. When pasta is almost done keep it aside. Strain water from pasta and flow cold water over it.

Take a pan and put 2 teaspoons olive oil in it. Set 2 cloves of chopped garlic in it and fry it until its colour changes a little. Then add small chopped onion for 2 minutes. It should not be so dark in colour while frying. You can add some vegetables like carrots, cabbage or any other vegetables you like, to the mixture. Then cook them for 2-3 minutes. Add some salt and black paper powder according to your taste.

To prepare white sauce, take 4 tablespoons of butter in a pan after melting add 4 tablespoons of flour (Maida) as well and mix them having a medium flame. The same ratio of butter and flour makes the perfect creamy sauce. Keep rolling the mixture until its colour changes and then add 2 cups of milk gradually with constant tossing otherwise, there will remain lumps. It will be slightly thicker in 3-4 minutes. Add ½ teaspoon salt and black pepper some red chilli flacks, oregano and some mixed spices for taste. Mix them all and cook them for 3-4 minutes. Add cooked vegetables and boiled pasta to it. Cook for 2-3 minutes. Crush some Mozilla or cheddar cheese and add 2-3 spoons in the mixture for flavour. You can sprinkle coriander over it.

Important Note:

If sauce gets too thick you can add some milk or water to maintain its consistency.

Set pasta in a beautiful bowl and present it with some cold drink.
